I was wondering if this chapter was set around American Thanksgiving with the "American-style" turkey and Haruka planning the New Year's meal, which seems a little weird since I think this manga is generally in sync with real world seasons (unlike, say, WataMote), but the talk about Kana already forgetting her New Year's resolutions makes me think it's set in late February/early March (whenever this chapter was published in Japan).

I guess Haruka is just the type to already start planning her New Year's meal ten months early.

CORRECTION: This chapter was published on December 26th so the New Year's dinner planning makes a lot more sense.

I know but Minami-ke has done many Christmas chapters so, if it was Christmas, it would probably be mentioned.

I think it's just a random non-holiday-specific turkey dinner.

EDIT: I looked up the raws for the previous chapter to find out which date this chapter was published (since it says at the end when to look for the next chapter) and, surprisingly, you're correct, it was published on December 26th so it seems that Uchida was referring to Christmas dinner. I guess Koharu Sakuraba doesn't necessarily feel like putting out a Christmas chapter every single year.

I just assumed that Uchida would've mentioned that it was a Christmas party in passing even if it wasn't explicitly a "Christmas" chapter.
