I'm not 100% sure but I think the Minami-ke stream that's mentioned in the intro is on Telasa.jp, which seems to be an official Japanese stream of Minami-ke Tadaima plus a couple of the OVAs.

I wonder if this chapter was vaguely inspired by Disney's Wish (or Disney's Pinocchio, of course, but Wish would've probably been playing in Japanese cinemas around the same time that Coharu Sakuraba wrote and drew this chapter)?
