And Creepers are armless creatures with four legs, but that's not the case here. Ghasts could perhaps have the body plan of a scylla monster girl (humanoid upper body, tentacles for the lower body) but giant and floating.

Well that's true I suppose, but seeing as they kept endermen tall, the ghast would still be like 10x bigger than everyone else lol
