I not understand your question yet, can you say more specificly?
Plus the manga haven't finish and still publishing monthly in the raw version.
The Shirotako Trans. stop at chapter 74 on truyenqqto.com (vietnamese translation)
The Hitori Trans. keep following the raw till' now and it's chapter 76 right now (another vietnamese translation)

Because you have your language settings set to not show you Vietnamese translations, which are the only ones that currently go up to 64 chapters here.
