Man. When I think current day manga are whacky, I should remind myself that 80s-90s manga make even less sense and I should be grateful for what we do have now.
Like, instead of stalking why not do the reasonable thing and say from the start "Do you have anything else besides the nabe? Anything will do"? It's not like it has to be that nabe, they just wanted to have a taste of the guy's cooking. But drama is priority LOL.
