Imagine having a scene where a short fat kid with an amazing ability tries to talk to her and her face suddenly turns cold and she loses any kindness and openly calls him a creepy weirdo and runs to the MC to keep her safe since this creepy ugly weirdo tried to speak with her making her feel unsafe because he looks so ugly and weido, ergo it's fine to judge them as a monster. Haha... yeah that would suck if that happened to someone...

Its fine, he's eventually gonna lose his powers probably cus of some misunderstanding that leads to head trauma, and she'll realize she misses him and confess, which leads to him getting his power back.
