FakeMiyu will use every tool at her disposal, including the one-sided crush of a gay classmate to drag said classmate into contacting a terrifying stalker-ish different classmate.
Haruto shooting his shot, though. Yuushin ....well, I think I would probably at least humor with a date, were I in his position, but that's not my call to make. If he fears/wants to help Miyu as much as he claims, it'd be in his best interest to agree to at least something with Haruto, but...yeah.
I wasn't expecting the moment of honesty from Hikawa, though. He really did lose someone super important to him. Reaching out to Miyu, and her letting him in that moment, was touching. (Even if she did punch him immediately prior.)
Can't help but wonder at the multi-layered meaning to her bit of narration, there. She herself must have been attached to the Real Miyu, and is now ...looking to fill the hole in her own heart, with Yuushin?
I think I need to reread this whole thing after this volume concludes to make sure I have it all straight. I'm still convinced Yuushin's drastically changed from before--like some sort of mental block, and that he used to be quite different (like...possibly less kind, type thing). FakeMiyu is teaming up with him for very significant reasons, and it's undoubtedly because out of everyone in that class, he was perhaps closest to RealMiyu. But I can't help but feel like there's another layer to it, and it includes some bit of memory that he's currently missing.
Lots of moving parts, as well - and I don't get the impression that any of it's nonsensical--it all seems rather thought-out, so a full review might shed new light, now that we're this far in.
This one feels like a proper mystery haha
Thanks for the TL.
