Not saying I agree with your interpretation of that sequence of narration and paneling, but even taking your position--

She is fairly focused on Yuushin, even beyond using him to her end goals. Even her ending line of "It would probably be something new." lands on Yuushin's face.
And, she is pretty big on doing things only if they get her closer to her goals. What purpose would sleeping with Hikawa have for her, pragmatically, that we could point to here and now?

Kindergarteners in today's Japan also don't do that. In fact, given the kids' ages, they wouldn't have done that in kindergarten if the current timeline of the story is set in the 2020s. Kindergarteners in Japan were taught to use surnames before the 1990s, but after that period they would be taught to use given names.

They went to cram school at 3yrs old to study for the elementary school entrance exam!?!? What the fuck is wrong with their parents?

This is common everywhere in Asia. For reference, my son will start kindergarten this year, but to pass the KINDERGARTEN EXAM, we crammed him starting last year. He's already able to read standard script, but still has difficulty reading nonstandard ones like those fancy fonts used for company branding, and he can do basic addition, substraction, multiplication, and a bit of division. He understands fractions and percentages, and he also understands the concept of scientific taxonomy and species names (although he can't actually say the names correctly). So, yeah, it's pretty normal for little kids to go to cram school. Elementary exam will be hell otherwise since there's only one year to prepare. We need to get him to be able to read and write multilingually in that year, do squares and powers, a lot of geometry, some basic biology, and lots of other stuff. No way in heck a couple with full time jobs can do this without cram school.

Nah, bro, he grabbed her arm. Tho, it kinda still feels like he's going bring her to somewhere. At best, he'd just ask for a hug, at mid, he'd also ask for a kiss, at worst, he'd take her to a love hotel.

Tho, seeing the page after this, it feels like she's being kissed(?). Someone please spoil me, I can't wait for 1 month.
