why would you translate 11 instead of 7? why would two people do that same thing (shows there must exist a really good reason, because 1 is a thing, 2 is a trend)

That's because episodes 1 to 10 have been translated so far, including 2 extra short stories. 7-10 + the side stories were just never uploaded to mangadex for reasons.
Also, I'm too lazy to go back to chapters I've already read... just doing this as I read them, so honestly, there is little chance for me to do it, my motivation is just that rock bottom... I do understand where you're coming from, but ugh... #epiclazy

I dare say it's a fan translation, I can't remember quite well, but the text seemed pretty spotty tbh, still, official releases also have spotty text at times, so who knows. I have no access to official releases here anyway, so I wouldn't know.

chapters 7-10 are already translated, but arent here for some reason, so no point in working on them, they are is someplace called manganelo.

I read it on a random site and the text looked pretty bad, so while not absolutely certain, I'd say it's a fan translation edited on some random scans.
The reason the missing chapters are not here are anyone's guess, the scanlator probably didn't want them here, go ask them, I dunno man...

as i said on the last page of the chapter, i just happened to see the art for the anime announcement and it caught my eye so i decided to read it, found up to chapter 10 on some site called manganelo and i decided to work on chapter 11 for the heck of it lol, but if there is another translation or an official one i dont see much point on working on it and someone in the comments said that volume 3 official translation comes out in a couple of days so maybe i wont work on it who knows.

Nah, not yet, I was doing this as I went, haven't completely finished the entire chapter yet either, still QCing and getting annoyed at the ant screams. Haven't read your version to avoid "contamination" so my version should feel different. But fuck those screams, honestly.

but you do have the second half of chapter 11 right? if you do i could start working on chapter 12 instead of the second half of 11.
my chapter 11.1 only covers until the page after the ant shows up.
