Secondary characters having gay fantasies about other characters is a very common gag/trope and usually nothing to write home about (obviously depends on execution but a single panel depicting a fantasy is very common and inoffensive). Doubt anyone would be upset over that.

It’s YOUR opinion, I personally don't like how she fantasises yuri always, but I try to endure it because the story is fine. NOT everyone is same as you.
