That's how this site works? https://mangadex.org/titles/drafts You don't even need to be a translator/add any chapters to just add the title/entry, it's just to let ppl know that the author has something, plus it'd be convenient if someone ever did upload it someday b/c it'd have to go through an approval queue I think, if not ppl leaving comments like "This looks interesting, I hope someone translates it" and someone from a team replying
