currently mangadex app auto rotates and there's no option to turn this off.
my case use is that i like to read in bed, and regardless of my phone's rotation settings or manually set fixed rotation, MD will rotate and obey gravity.
my only method of solving this is just uninstalling the app and using a browser since that doesn't rotate, go figure a glorified specialized site browser is worse.
