From the sound of it, these are private contractors working under MHA. Makes you think, does MHA use contractors all the time or do they have other branches aside from ECOAS? As we've seen back in Volume 1, there's also a PMC force deployed on Mars alongside the Deathguns, so were they there for their own mission or were they contracted by MHA/EFF?
