I honestly expected this manga to be another generic "slow life" manga, where the protag becomes unbelievably OP in the first few chapters. This manga just gets so many things so right, from the faces of the animals, their facial expressions, the fact that the MC is weak because he is new to the world and doesn't know shit yet, and the fears that come with this type of situation. All in all this manga surprised me with it's art and story quality 10/10

@Esperantos I wouldn't bet on him being weak yet, honestly. He's been training alone in a place called the "death forest" with a mysterious old dude + giant wolf familiars, as soon as he gets out it's probably gonna pull the trope of "wow look I just grew up in an area with top-rank monsters, I'm actually overpowered after all".
