I don't really care whether the TL notes are there or not, but please stop AI upscaling these pages. It does not look better. It makes this basically unreadable. And checking the full size of the panels, it's obvious that they didn't even need to be upscaled in the first place.

I'm just going to have to drop this manga until this is fixed, because I literally cannot read it like this.

Listen man, lower quality TL's hinder the reading experience. Sure, it IS better than not having anything, but the point still stands.
Also, those TL notes are same as you'd be doing something (like reading book irl) and you had someone talking over your shoulder and constantly (or really frequently) voicing their own opinions and such about the thing you're doing even tho you didn't ask them for it.

It sure gets annoying real fast, doesn't it?

Yeah it's pretty easy to do good upscaling of these sorts of images (i.e. mostly black & white, line drawings) if you just put a little bit of effort into tweaking it. From what I've seen from this TL, they probably just take whatever their upscaling application spits out with zero quality checking, although it's far from the worst I've seen.
