I don't think he tried to smell her since there weren't sound effects to show that he was sniffing. He hugged/grabbed her like that to get a looksee inside her bag. Notice his peek on page 29 while he peeks down into the bag. He most likely is a weird eccentric character though so we'll see later on.

If i were her, i would dead ass scream "Molester" cause look, she's in the neighborhood, she's a JK and the dude wearing a usual clothes which maybe indicate he's older. Probs gonna get kicked by the neighborhood if she screams on top of her lung lol 😂

Thanks for the update! Ribi is a fangirl lol. And the brothers except the guy in glasses are man-children. Really hope this doesn't go the romance route.
