...their plan didn't need a human sacrifice. The taunt is applied to an inanimate object. A blowup sex doll would have been just as effective as murder.
the pacing of the story is horrible, we are at chapter 3 and the story is at the same point that the chapter 0, nothing more was added to the plot.
