It was(n't) long ago that the onsen arc had them have to explicitly stop the succubi from having fun outside of relationships since it's against the rules, even if just the ones of the onsen. Also wasn't Kimihito doing the trial run for the interspecies marraige laws? So how are the legally monogamous with kids, especially ones that are toddling age.
