I mean, let's not be totally unfair, the current lactation-focused arc didn't actually begin until chapter 86. 74-80 was the high school alternate reality stuff, and 81-85 were a couple of short isolated stories with no major "arc" connecting them.

So it's "only" been 10 chapters of lactation fetish, and all 10 chapters have been part of a single storyline. It has been an unusually long arc by this comic's standards (I think), but we don't need to make things sound even worse than they actually are.
