Bruhh he's a bastard but it's still sad. The dude was starting to get a true family... Well he still killed her parents and Tenma's in shit because of him, so I hope he'll do something to repay them.
I never know for sure if I think he's died or not I feel its very deliberate we arent shown. It looks bad, but could have scraped a rib.... perhaps. Perhaps.
