It's like the crime of assault doesn't even exist. You know, you can't even grab or slap someone without it being technically illegal. Break someone's hand, go to the hospital, file a report. Just baffling. Not one of these kids parents care? Also grandma was a warrior but couldn't show up to argue with school administration to protect the kid she supposedly adored? Pfft
