I'm like 99.999999999999999999...% sure it's just a oneshot done for the Moshimo, Tokyo exhibition.
But I haven't read Houseki no Kuni, so maybe that 0.000000000000...1% bit of uncertainty is what it is.

OhHHH there are so many cameos on page 6!!!
I spotted Hnk characters (Rutile, Antarc and Sensei, Phos Dia Cinnabar and others) and some from her other works like Kusaka siblings, Shiro (the insect), Satsuki and his little finger clone)... there's probably more!
