Dating apps and poor sex education have basically flipped the stats compared to 30 years ago.
Traditionally at risk populations thanks to access to regular sexual health testing, and access to PrEP. Now it's the random guy or girl on tinder who is likely to give you chlamydia.

HIV transmission rates have also dropped significantly in sex worker and queer populations, and have instead risen in the heterosexual population. Because sex ed failed everybody. And. People. Are. Dumb.

The shape is just kind of strange to me. They stand upright a bit too much for their size or something.

Yeah i'm pretty sure they probably have to be tested at least ever 1-2 months, even tho some places technically don't allow full penetration (although other than using condoms or requiring the clients to also have clean papers/proof as well, they still do oral, which might not get stds but probably still a bit of a risk)
