I'd give it a 4/10 or 3/5.
Art is decent enough.
Whiplash between tone makes the story inconsistent. One moment its trying to give a dense vibe and make the world feel more serious than it actually is, and the next the tension of impact is immediately dulled/released with mediocre humor and a dash of dismissal from an all but boring MC.
The characters aren't the worst written i've seen, but they don't enamor me in any way, and the MC is dull/boring. Is that the point of him? Maybe. But whether its the story itself, or him, its consistent on one thing: I was bored, it was boring, and it actively kills its own momentum and seriousness to maintain that.
It's not egregiously bad, but it's something i'd recommend skipping, its not worth the time unless you're incredibly desperate for...whatever it is that it offers.
