Yeaaaaaah ... regardless of the circumstances, she attacked two unarmed people, injuring one, even yelling 'you wanna die?!' which is basically announcing her intent to kill, those are the facts. Let's also not forget the possible public shaming on a figure based on false information that led to this point.

She'll be lucky if her sentence is light despite all this. Otherwise, she has a lot of work to do to repent for her actions.
