I'm guessing they are talking about the anime adaption of this called Minna Atsumare! Falcom Gakuen? It's the same with the second season too. I was going to link the anime OP but for some reason YouTube does not have it, so instead have this compilation of the characters saying 'GO FIGHT!'.

But here's the full song, it's really good.
