Understandable tbh. I was all in for the whole distance and reconnection premise, then was a bit less but still interested in seeing how things played out after learning she had passed away and him learning how to commune with and exorcise spirits so he had some contact with her.

Personally really don't care for the whole big bad spirit queen posessing a spirit business, though. Felt like there was already enough intrigue and challenges for them to face. It  is interesting... just... I wouldn't mind if that was moved to another manga.
