I believe the names on the lineup sheet for Sakae on page 12 are incorrect. I've only ever seen their names listed as Otome Dan (Sanae's opponent) and Kurumi Soga (Michi's opponent).

If it helps the Japanese wikipedia page has pretty much every character in the series listed with the kanji and hiragana version of their names. Dan's is 檀乙女（だん おとめ）and Soga's is 曽我胡桃（そが くるみ）so sorry if that sounds nitpicky, but Sakae's one of the major schools which means their characters are going to be around.

Here's the JP wiki page for reference. I remember when I would (MTL) read the 5ch threads for this series when it was ongoing and there was a guy who basically had seemingly encyclopedic knowledge about the series and characters and stuff. I'd assume that's who created and/or maintained that page so for names and keeping team rosters straight it's probably an invaluable reference.
