for anyone else who's like me and is curious about what the "little secret" is, I've looked at the raws and according to google translate: he wants to go to switzerland so he can undergo assisted suicide. i don't know the reason for sure, but I'm fairly certain that it's because he feels like he's a burden to his partner and that he would be better off without him. 
That's so much darker than I imagined
Well, I trust this mangaka enough to know this kind of plot will be treated with respect.
Anyone knows where can I found the English translation or even the raw of this manga? Pls im desperate 🥹 it looks so cute and real at the same time, I can't miss on the story. All the other sites stop at chapter 2.5 only. Using Google translate for the Vietnamese translation seems off and not reliable.
