I said before that the censor stickers are such a stable of this manga, it would really miss something if they weren't there. This really confirms it. Even if they don't really hide anything anymore, they just have to be there.

This. Part of the charm of this manga is how comically ineffective and yet (presumably) expensive they are. I would honestly have been disappointed if they were removed in the volume version. There is also something to be said for letting the mind fill in for the parts of what little remains covered.
