She's basically been judging the poor guy from the moment she started noticing him with impunity. As it stands, she's already playing God, and I don't think that'll be addressed at all. Seriously, this poor guy's chances are being hurt because she's invading his most private thoughts against his will, and she's only occasionally used them to throw him a bone.
Meanwhile the snake of a bitch gets a pass.

It's not like she has a choice in hearing what she hears. It's pretty obvious that if she could turn her powers off, she woulda. Kinda hard not to judge someone who's always thinkin weird stuff about you.
That's not playing God. Playing God is what's referenced in this chapter, using her power to manipulate those around her. She's not manipulating him by knowing what he thinks of her. Its innately a massive invasion of privacy, but its not like she's making him do things he wouldn't otherwise do
