theres some minor foreshadowing where the paper hikaru is clenching on page 12 has what probably is the characters 合格通知, meaning "notice of acceptance", written on the top. i like how its reinforcing how he was planning to go to college with hajime but was pained that upon knowing theyd never see each other again.
also absolutely irrelevant but i thought this was going to be about kissing not-slenderman

oof, i feel like this 'vision' would traumatize me more. depending on the mental stability, i can imagine this making one attempt suicide again (unless they're put on some kinda watch or so), that said depends on if it was his actual ghost (well it did say supernatural) as opposed to some neuron/flashes firing off while he was in the post jump coma

Who knows, we can just headcanon them having being reincarnated their next lifetime or so
