To be honest I think mozuya environtment are toxic. I know they tried to considerate with her, but it make the condition worse.

I Think near a people like the black haired lady(her old friends) make her condition better.
And I just noticed that actually she can act really normal around people who doesnt know her dissease.

@Chrana Almost everyone is toxic at some level, some of them getting better in the end but I still feel that Tatsuta is the worst of all, he's an insufferable bully who just got his redemption because of Deus ex machine amnesia. Actually, I think only Bantarou and her foster parents are being genuinely considerate towards her from the beginning, yet they're also the ones who got hurt the most during these events. Screw Tatsuta.

I love how all of Bantarou's dialogue could also be Gotou-san's dialogue without skipping a beat, even the internal monologue.
@Kuraiaku
Tatsuta is a shounen protagonist parody. I wouldn't take any of these characters too seriously as their developments are, for the most part, satirical and played for laughs. The best part about this manga is the meta commentary.
