Id assume so cuz stealth only makes sense with silence not just being unable to see. IRL even stealth is more about pacing without making any sounds than becoming invisible.

Yeah, i think so too, the sound is the key for sneaking around, of course not being seen is important too, but not as important as not making any sound

I can only assume that his stealth spell also covers his shouts/voice 😆
Or he technically shouted way too late for the dragon to notice him (given their size differences, it probably was like a mosquito suddenly buzzing in your ear - you only hear the buzz when it is already very close to your ear)
