I'm glad that this is back, but the art style does not convey the actions properly. The insistence on keeping the viewpoint close to the characters' faces all the time makes it difficult to understand where they are in the environment and in relation to each other, and action scenes have no connection moving from one koma to the following one.
This is likely a trick to disguise the mangaka's lack of ability to draw backgrounds (I know I suck at them too), which may work in a slice of life story, but when it comes to action pieces where spatial awareness helps the audience keep track of the action, this approach just makes things confusing.
Basically, this manga feels rushed and slow at the same time because the action is happening too fast while looking like nothing is happening at the same time.
