Whoever did the title is a moron, it's TRANSMIGRATION, not reincarnation. It's the same word in Japanese,
転生:
  1. (n, vs, adj-no) (Buddh) transmigration of souls; reincarnation"
-but the word has two vastly different connotations in English.

Reincarnation = The body dies, the soul enters a newly born body. Think of Vandelieu in the stupid Dhampire series.
Transmigration = The body dies, the soul enters a new host body elsewhere (usually in another world). Think of EVERY Korean villainess story with this premise.
