I'm won't be so sure about that. She already blackmailed him to not divorce, otherwise she will tell her father to fire him. Also the age of consent in Japan is 16 for what I heard, though I'm not a lawyer of course, but apparently it won't be a crime. Also, personality wise, the father is dangerously weak, he's a big pushover. After she burnt his son, nothing happened. After she cheated on him redhanded, nothing happened. Time and time again it was proved she has the reins of the relationship, and I'm guessing it started back then.
tl,dr: yeah, the daughter took that psychopathic behavior from her mother

I doubt she would have blackedmailed him in high school. She seemed innocent before getting into drugs and having kids. And yeah, its legal for girls to get married at 16. However.... just because its legal doesn't mean its right.

Totally. The father is very weak willed. He gave into sex even when he was angry at her too. All I am saying is that the mother is wrong but so is the dad. Both are bad if you ask me
