Both of them talked about how they wanted to see each other so badly, where the girl says she was waiting for him to visit her since her mum finally allowed her to start working. Not sure about why she asked and lied to trick him about putting milk into his coffee. The important part starts from where she 'stole' the moon. Since moon in Japanese represents love I assume she asks him to 'hide the moon they stole together', probably implying they should continue this affair / keep this a secret. After that they both confess to each other saying they both like each other.The panel where they have their backs to each other are talking about stuff like, Mc has a role to fulfill as a proper father and employee... Etc to be a good person, but he is slowly going to lose himself. I think the ending is telling us that both of them are going to continue their love affair in secret since the last panel just shows him casually opening his door and saying he's home.

@sushipack321 Kisaragi name 如月 is from the Kanji 月= Moon so i guess the reason why she gave the moon to Kousuke is because she's also willing to continue their relationship and wait until the time has come. There's another chapter that will be released after Chapter 62 it must be the epilogue chapter.
