The recoil is the first thing that popped into my mind. I get that it's technically in that dimension so maybe that's helping, but considering how it's pushing his feet into the ground we can assume that he's still feeling a lot of the power. If that's the case, his arm would probably be broken, especially after firing the what looks to be the M82. But I could be overthinking it. I was just a measly CBRN dude, so it's a bit out of my wheelhouse.dude usin a desert eagle(lol). the author has obviously never fired a weapon. they are not popular IRL because of the massive recoil. i've shot one, and it is no joke. a 9mm would be a much better choice. high velocity for penetration, manageable recoil for ease of target re-aquisition, and small ammo means the ability to carry a lot more ammo for the same weight. there's a reason it is the most popular caliber globally for military forces and civilians alike.
