It's from Twitter. The artist post their stuff there, and some of them that have storylines are most often than not, drawn like this. They just posted it here so that it'll be easier to read, since you know... This is not the only thing they post on their acc. Also, this isn't the artists first work, there are also others, and I recommend checking them out. And by the look of how they drew this series, it might be because it's a new idea or because of art style preference, but I'm leaning towards the latter part, and I quite like it. Hopefully, the next chapters are well drawn.
