Character based exploration of trauma, obsession and the will to live. The writer really understands her characters and you grow to understand and feel for them too. I would really recommend it and I sped through the chapters. Bonus: art is pretty and storyboarding is poignant when it needs to be.

I hope for a happy ending and I'm curious to see where their paths go.

Coming back to comment that reading The flower dances and the wind sings years ago prepared me for this

the characters lacked too much communication. But honestly despite all that i enjoyed it. It cleearly portrayed the twisted obsession of the male lead, the the causes for breakdowns of the female lead and so on. The story flows well and shows how two people with struggles take initiative to climb out of their situatiosns with hte help of others and themselves and each other. Once again, the obsession is twisted and is linked to alot of ptsd. But it ends on a good note and i felt very little frustration reading this.
