There are official translations of the missing chapters available, but Mangadex staff are still debating whether to allow them to be uploaded to MD or not, since they are from the now defunct Bilibili Comics.

Their main concern is that if they were to allow it right now, thousands of chapters from so many different manhuas would be uploaded at the same time and the whole site would be flooded. I do think they will allow it someday, just that they are still coming up with a plan for it.
