I only understand Vietnamese and not Japanese so here is summary of what happened entirely based on my second hand translation.


Takeru went to his university exam while Kaori and Tomoko are sitting down eating lunch at their school. Kaori and Tomoko start talking about Takeru then circle back to their future. Tomoko admitted that she nearly gave up on showbiz during the last scandal but "somebody" gave her enough resolve to pulled through. Kaori understood that that somebody was definitely Takeru so she just stayed quiet. Scene shift to after class and Tomoko and Kaori were the only ones left in class. Kaori came out with a direct question "you still have emotion for Takeru, right?" and Tomoko just admitted it "Yes, I still do". That was where Kaori dropped the bomb: she plan to break up with Takeru before they graduate from highschool so Tomoko and Takeru can get together. Tomoko was shocked and can only said "sorry" while Kaori assuring her that it had been her decision after much thought and apologized for blocking Tomoko and Takeru. Before Tomoko could recoverd and replied, Kaori started walking away and said in a cherry tone that she still wanted to treasure the time she was still Takeru's girlfriend and how she was looking forward to their whole year together. Kaori then changed the subject and said she suddenly crave some sweet and beckon Tomoko to come with her. End of chapter.
