heh... it seems this is a misunderstanding, and what happened was (definetely real spoilers ahead, beware)

Reika and Sajimoto ran into each other in the sudden rain/ Reika was near Sajimoto's place when the rain hit, so Reika went in it, took of her drenched clothes and took a shower in Sajimoto's place, and the only dry clothes Sajimoto had were her pajamas, so she wore those for the time being, and Ito just happened to get in at an awful time. 🤫
