Unlikely to happen.
Horikoshi chose to not kill off Shoto, Endeavor, Bakugo, All Might, & Uraraka. I'm probably missing other names, but idk.
Even AfO was only sort of killed off. I don't imagine we'll see any students get killed off, since that does seem like something Horikoshi wants to avoid doing. Adult heroes are a good possibility, maybe even Aizawa, but I doubt that one.

Don't be surprised if we finish this series without anymore casualties.

Now as for Deku regaining his arms so early after what happens (which I guess was unavoidable if they wanted Eri to be the one to restore them with this method), it will be interesting to see if this also affects his quirk. Perhaps it would create a loophole of sorts that would restore some (or all) of the OfA vestiges, or if nothing else just return those powers back to Deku. I was hoping for a better conclusion to Nana and Shigaraki's story, so I would like it if Deku got her (and preferably black whip guy) back.

Horikoshi is a huge Marvel and Star Wars fan. There's many inspired scenes and easter eggs to be found in the manga. I mean the whole Superheros stuff in general is inspired by western comicbooks.
