I think do love each other since that's why they are married and they still love each other. However since they are too busy with their work-life so they barely have time with each other. Since they are been with each other for a long time so they feel that loving without saying out loud is a given and it maybe feels weird if she suddenly saying she love him out of nowhere now.

The real question why they suddenly found each other attractive.
