Also making the people that take the test REALLY dumb, if you say to people "swear on drinking this toilet water" the least it could happen is that they throw that cup at you. So basically she's filling the organization with dumb workers

And then, even if they newer game has copyright and the original doesn't.
it should still be somewhat easy to difame the game by showing its copying an older uncopyrighted game.
