It's not racist in this case IMO, it's an idyom for a really beautiful black woman.
I think the origin is from ancient and "classical" times. "Nubian" = "Ethiopian".
Tall black people from south of Egypt for some greeks were considered some of the most beautiful people.

I know that some people don't agree, but those had bad taste and can't appreciate beauty.
