I figured it was a reference to the joke about “I want to have a big titty Goth girlfriend” but they replace the word “Goth” with “Moth” and show a moth dressed up like a Goth.

So she became a big titty Moth girlfriend, hence why it is “amazing” but also treated as a throwaway joke right then.
