@ViEmlleSzDias some women experience heavy bleeding and a lot of pain during their period. some women can get away with using a menstrual cup in place of other products. New underwear and a pad for the bleeding, wipes I assume are just generic sanitary wipes to clean up wherever the blood got on her body, and some painkillers and water so she can make it through the day at work. That's the bare minimum for the situation, but I'm surprised she didn't have any painkillers in her purse already.
